How to enable and manage starter questions

1. In the Agent's Personalization, conversations tab, Click the Placeholder Prompt

note

By default placeholer prompt is set as Ask me anything...

2. Verify in the Preview Agent chat in right side.

3. Click on save changes button to save the changes.
