This step-by-step guide explains how to change the "I don't know the answer" message.

  1. In the Agent's Personalization, citations tab, Check the I don't know the answer

  1. Write a Custom Message from I don't know the answer to anything you want
  • For example,

    I apologize, I don't know the answer.
