Manage User Feedback

This guide explains how to enable and manage user feedback collection for your AI agent.

User Feedback : Allow end users to rate each response

  1. In the Agent's Personalization, from advanced tab, Check out the user feedback option

  1. Change it to Enable or Disable as you want to.
  • By default User Feedback is enabled to take the feedback of your users and make your agent to respond better next time
