Credits and Usage

To view your multi-agent usage and limits in Voixt Dashboard follow instructions.

  1. On bottom-left corner of the screen, click on the Setting icon button.

  2. Click on the Credits and Usage.

  3. Here, in Credit and Usage Section.

  • You can Check your current balance in credits, daily average.

  • Usage analytics, here you can see multiple parameters one by one.

    • Total Credits Used
    • Total Operations
    • Time Range

  • We also provide feature of Service Breakdown, here you can see

    • Total Document Processing which include text extraction, summarization, and content analysis.
    • Interactive AI Agent conversations including queries, responses, and contextual dialogue processing.

  • You can analyse daily credit usage, how many queries runs on what day.

    • Daywise Analysis
    • Weekly, Monthly Analysis

  • Monthly Usage Access and analytics with graph usage

  • You can check statistical analysia of agent cost

    • Overall credit usage
    • Active Agents from total you created
    • Time Range , which you can adjust via the dropdown of selection.

  • Cost breakdown per agent from all you've createad.

  • Usage Statics which indicate

    • Credits used this month
    • Total Exchanges
    • Average Daily Usage
