Mail Validation

To keep your account secure and ensure reliable communication, Voixt requires you to validate your email address after sign-up.
Without email validation, you cannot log in to your Voixt account.


1. Why Email Validation is Important

✅ Confirms your identity and prevents fake accounts
✅ Ensures you receive important notifications (billing, security alerts, updates)
✅ Helps us protect your workspace from unauthorized access


2. Email Policy — Who Can Sign Up?

To maintain professionalism and security, Voixt only allows business or organizational email addresses.

✅ Accepted

  • Company or Organization emails (you@yourcompany.com)
  • Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts
  • Microsoft Business (Office 365 / Outlook Business)

❌ Restricted

  • Free personal email providers:
    • @gmail.com
    • @yahoo.com
    • @outlook.com
    • @hotmail.com
    • @rediffmail.com
    • and similar free domains or temp mails

👉 If your organization uses a custom domain that is not recognized, contact support for whitelisting.


3. When You Need to Validate

  • After signing up for a new account
  • When changing your email address in profile settings
  • If your account is flagged for suspicious activity

4. How to Validate Your Email

  1. Sign up or update your email.
  2. You will receive a mail from itsupport@voixt.ai with subject:
    “Verify your email for Voixt”.
  3. Open the mail and click the Verify Email button.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the Voixt page with a confirmation message:
    “Your email has been successfully verified!”

5. Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive the email?
    • Check your Spam/Junk folder.
    • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
    • Wait a few minutes, then click Resend Verification Email in the dashboard.
  • Still not working? Contact our Support Team.
