Contacts import చేయండి

1. Voixt Dashboard లో log in చేసి WhatsApp → Contacts తెరవండి.
2. Import పై click చేయండి. import window తెరుచుకుంటుంది.
3. Upload File పై click చేసి మీ CSV ఎంచుకోండి.
4. fields ను map చేయండి — ప్రతి CSV column ను సరైన Voixt field కి సరిపోల్చండి.

Custom attributes

Contacts export చేయండి

1. WhatsApp → Contacts తెరవండి.

మంచి పద్ధతులు

FAQ

నేను ఏ file formats import చేయగలను? CSV మాత్రమే.

import చేయడం నా ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న tags ను overwrite చేస్తుందా? ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న contact కోసం ఒక Tags column ను import చేయడం ఆ contact యొక్క tags ను update చేస్తుంది. backup కావాలంటే ముందు export చేయండి.

row limit ఏదైనా ఉందా? చాలా పెద్ద files ను batches లో process చేస్తారు. కొన్ని పదివేల rows కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉన్నదాన్ని విభజించండి.
