Contacts import ਤੇ export ਕਰੋ

Contacts module ਹਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਭਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ message ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ। Contacts WhatsApp conversations, broadcasts, automations, follow-ups, ਤੇ audience segmentation ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ CSV ਤੋਂ bulk ਵਿੱਚ import ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ, reporting ਜਾਂ backup ਲਈ export ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ, ਮੌਜੂਦਾ records update ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ, ਤੇ tags ਤੇ custom attributes ਨਾਲ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ organize ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।

ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ

• ਆਪਣੀ file ਨੂੰ CSV format ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੋ।
• ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ mandatory fields ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ।
• ਵੇਖੋ ਕਿ mobile numbers valid ਤੇ consistent ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ formatted ਹਨ।
• ਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿਖਦੇ duplicates ਹਟਾ ਦਿਓ।
• ਆਪਣੇ tags ਤੇ custom attributes ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੈਅ ਕਰੋ — ਇਹੀ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ segmentation ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਵ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਹਰ row ਇੱਕ contact ਹੈ। ਹਰ column ਇੱਕ field ਹੈ।

Contacts import ਕਰੋ

1. Voixt Dashboard ਵਿੱਚ log in ਕਰੋ ਤੇ WhatsApp → Contacts ਖੋਲ੍ਹੋ।
2. Import ਉੱਤੇ click ਕਰੋ। import window ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
3. Upload File ਉੱਤੇ click ਕਰੋ ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ CSV ਚੁਣੋ।
4. fields map ਕਰੋ — ਹਰ CSV column ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ Voixt field ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਓ।
5. preview ਨੂੰ Review ਕਰੋ। mandatory fields ਤੇ phone numbers ਵੇਖੋ।
6. Import ਉੱਤੇ click ਕਰੋ। Voixt ਨਵੇਂ contacts ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਨੂੰ update ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
7. Contacts list ਵਿੱਚ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰੋ।

ਡਾਟਾ import ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ mapping ਵੇਖੋ। ਗ਼ਲਤ map ਕੀਤਾ column customer data ਨੂੰ ਗ਼ਲਤ field ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ import ਨੂੰ undo ਕਰਨਾ ਔਖਾ ਹੈ।

Phone number format

Voixt contacts ਨੂੰ phone number ਉੱਤੇ ਮਿਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ file ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨਾਲੋਂ format ਵੱਧ ਮਾਇਨੇ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇੱਕ format ਚੁਣੋ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ file ਵਿੱਚ consistent ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਤੋ। ਓਹੀ number ਤਿੰਨ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਖਿਆ matching ਨੂੰ ਉਲਝਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

Tags ਤੇ custom attributes

ਇਹੀ ਉਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਇੱਕ contact list ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੇ audience ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ target ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।

Tags

contacts ਨੂੰ interest, status, ਜਾਂ business need ਮੁਤਾਬਕ group ਕਰੋ — Premium, VIP, New Lead, Follow-up Required, Returning Customer।

Custom attributes

ਮੌਜੂਦਾ contacts ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ

ਜੇ ਕੋਈ contact ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ Voixt ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ CSV ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ update ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੋਈ duplicate ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ — ਬਸ਼ਰਤੇ phone number match ਹੋਵੇ।

consistent phone formatting ਹੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਖੇਡ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ import ਵਿੱਚ 9876543210 ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿੱਚ +919876543210 ਲਿਖਿਆ ਓਹੀ number ਸ਼ਾਇਦ match ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਦੋ records ਬਣ ਜਾਣ।

Contacts export ਕਰੋ

1. WhatsApp → Contacts ਖੋਲ੍ਹੋ।
2. ਕੋਈ subset export ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ filters apply ਕਰੋ।
3. Export ਉੱਤੇ click ਕਰੋ।
4. Voixt ਮੌਜੂਦਾ view ਵਾਲਾ ਇੱਕ CSV generate ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

exports ਨੂੰ backups, reporting, ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ system ਵਿੱਚ data migrate ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੋ।

best practices

• ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟੀ test file import ਕਰੋ — ਪੰਜ rows — ਤੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ rows ਚਲਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ mapping ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰੋ।
• ਹਰ ਥਾਂ phone numbers ਨੂੰ +<country code><number> ਵਿੱਚ standardize ਕਰੋ।
• import ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਹੀਂ, ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇੱਕ tag vocabulary ਉੱਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹੋਵੋ। VIP, Vip, ਤੇ vip ਤਿੰਨ tags ਹਨ।
• list ਸਾਫ਼ ਰੱਖੋ। ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਤੇ invalid numbers delivery ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ quality rating ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
• ਹਰ ਵੱਡੇ import ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ export ਕਰੋ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਇੱਕ rollback point ਹੋਵੇ।

ਮੈਂ ਕਿਹੜੇ file formats import ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ? ਸਿਰਫ਼ CSV।

ਕੀ import ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ tags overwrite ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ? ਕਿਸੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ contact ਲਈ ਇੱਕ Tags column import ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ contact ਦੇ tags update ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। backup ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ export ਕਰੋ।

ਕੀ ਕੋਈ row limit ਹੈ? ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ files batches ਵਿੱਚ process ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੁਝ ਦਸ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ rows ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਾਲੀ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ split ਕਰੋ।

ਕੀ ਮੈਂ country code ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ import ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ? Indian numbers ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ resolve ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹਰ international number ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
