Lead management
Lead Management turns conversations into a pipeline. Each lead is a card on a Kanban board; each column is a stage in your sales process. Drag a card to move a lead forward.
Open it at Lead Management in the sidebar.
Boards, stages, and leads
- A board represents one pipeline — sales, onboarding, support escalations.
- A stage is a column:
New,Contacted,Qualified,Won,Lost. - A lead is a card, linked to a contact and to their conversation history.
Open a card to see the customer's details, their WhatsApp conversation, notes your team has added, and the tags applied to them.
Where leads come from
- A customer messages your WhatsApp number for the first time.
- A quick reply button tap marks them as interested.
- An AI agent qualifies them during a chat.
- A flow creates the lead when a condition is met.
- You add one manually.
Working the board
- Drag a card between stages as the deal progresses.
- Assign a lead to a team member.
- Add notes for context the next person will need.
- Tag the contact — tags feed broadcast filters, so a
Qualifiedtag becomes a targetable audience. - Message the customer directly from the lead card.
Tying it back to WhatsApp
The value of the board is that it sits next to the conversation. A lead stuck in Contacted for two weeks is a candidate for a re-engagement broadcast — filter on the tag, send an approved template, and move the ones who reply.
Next steps
- Set up your team so leads can be assigned.
