Contacts import અને export કરો

Contacts module એ દરેક વ્યક્તિને સંગ્રહે છે જેને તમે message કરી શકો. Contacts એ WhatsApp conversations, broadcasts, automations, follow-ups, અને audience segmentation ને ચલાવે છે.

તમે CSV માંથી bulk import કરી શકો, reporting કે backup માટે export કરી શકો, હાલના records update કરી શકો, અને tags અને custom attributes થી બધું organize કરી શકો.

શરૂ કરતાં પહેલાં

• તમારી file ને CSV format માં તૈયાર કરો.
• ખાતરી કરો કે ફરજિયાત fields હાજર છે.
• તપાસો કે mobile numbers valid અને એકસરખા format માં છે.
• સ્પષ્ટ duplicates કાઢી નાખો.
• તમારા tags અને custom attributes પહેલેથી નક્કી કરો — એ જ પછીથી segmentation શક્ય બનાવે છે.

CSV file format

દરેક row એ એક contact છે. દરેક column એ એક field છે.

contacts import કરો

1. Voixt Dashboard માં log in કરો અને WhatsApp → Contacts ખોલો.
2. Import પર click કરો. import window ખૂલે છે.
3. Upload File પર click કરો અને તમારી CSV પસંદ કરો.
4. fields map કરો — દરેક CSV column ને સાચા Voixt field સાથે મેળવો.
5. preview ની સમીક્ષા કરો. ફરજિયાત fields અને phone numbers તપાસો.
6. Import પર click કરો. Voixt નવા contacts ઉમેરે છે અને હાલના ને update કરે છે.
7. Contacts list માં પરિણામ ખાતરી કરો.

Field mapping

Field mapping એ Voixt ને કહે છે કે દરેક column ક્યાં આવે છે.

contacts import કરતાં પહેલાં હંમેશાં mapping તપાસો. ખોટી રીતે map થયેલો column એ customer data ને ખોટા field માં લખી નાખે છે, અને મોટા import ને પાછો ફેરવવો કંટાળાજનક છે.

Phone number format

Voixt એ contacts ને phone number પર match કરે છે, એટલે file માં બીજી કોઈ પણ વસ્તુ કરતાં format વધારે મહત્ત્વનો છે.

:::warning international contacts માટે હંમેશાં country code શામેલ કરો એના વગર, imports નિષ્ફળ જાય છે કે ખોટા customer સાથે match થાય છે. :::

એક format પસંદ કરો અને આખી file માં એને એકસરખો વાપરો. એ જ number ત્રણ જુદી રીતે લખાય તો matching માં ગોટાળો થઈ શકે.

Tags અને custom attributes

આ જ એવી વસ્તુ છે જે contact list ને એવા audience માં ફેરવે છે જેને તમે target કરી શકો.

Tags

Contacts ને interest, status, કે business જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે group કરો — Premium, VIP, New Lead, Follow-up Required, Returning Customer.

CSV માં અનેક tags લગાડવા માટે, તેમને એક pipe થી અલગ કરો:

Custom attributes

એવી વધારાની માહિતી સંગ્રહો જે તમારા business માટે ખાસ છે — City, Date of Birth, Company Name, Occupation, Product Purchased, Customer Type.

જ્યારે તમે broadcast audience બનાવો, ત્યારે tags અને custom attributes બંને filter conditions બની જાય છે.

હાલના contacts નું શું થાય છે

જો કોઈ contact પહેલેથી હાજર હોય, તો Voixt એને તમારી CSV ની નવી માહિતી થી update કરે છે. એ duplicate બનાવતું નથી — જો phone number match થાય તો.

અહીં એકસરખું phone formatting જ આખી રમત છે. એક import માં 9876543210 તરીકે અને બીજામાં +919876543210 તરીકે લખાયેલો એ જ number કદાચ match ન થાય, જેનાથી એક વ્યક્તિ માટે બે records બની જાય.

contacts export કરો

1. WhatsApp → Contacts ખોલો.
2. કોઈ subset export કરવા માટે જરૂર પડ્યે filters લગાડો.
3. Export પર click કરો.
4. Voixt હાલના view વાળી એક CSV બનાવે છે.

Exports ને backups, reporting, કે બીજા system માં data migrate કરવા માટે વાપરો.

best practices

• પહેલાં એક નાની test file import કરો — પાંચ rows — અને હજારો ચલાવતાં પહેલાં mapping ખાતરી કરો.
• દરેક જગ્યાએ phone numbers ને +<country code><number> માં standardize કરો.
• import કર્યા પછી નહીં, પહેલાં એક tag શબ્દભંડોળ પર સહમત થાઓ. VIP અને Vip અને vip એ ત્રણ tags છે.
• list ને સાફ રાખો. જૂના અને invalid numbers એ delivery અને તમારી quality rating ને નુકસાન કરે છે.
• દરેક મોટા import પહેલાં export કરો, જેથી તમારી પાસે એક rollback point રહે.

import ની સામાન્ય ભૂલો

ભૂલ	કારણ	ઉકેલ

Duplicate rows	એ જ number file માં બે વાર દેખાય છે	import કરતાં પહેલાં de-duplicate કરો
Encoding સમસ્યાઓ	Non-UTF-8 file names ને બગાડે છે	CSV ને UTF-8 તરીકે ફરી save કરો

FAQ

હું કયા file formats import કરી શકું? ફક્ત CSV.

શું importing મારા હાલના tags ને overwrite કરશે? હાલના contact માટે Tags column import કરવાથી એ contact ના tags update થાય છે. જો backup જોઈએ તો પહેલાં export કરો.

શું row ની કોઈ મર્યાદા છે? ખૂબ મોટી files ને batches માં process કરવામાં આવે છે. થોડા દસ હજાર rows થી વધુ કંઈ પણ હોય તો એને વહેંચી દો.

શું હું country code વગર import કરી શકું? Indian numbers એના વગર ઉકેલાય છે. દરેક international number ને એ જોઈએ છે.
