Add a Placeholder prompt

This guide explains how to add a default placeholder prompt.

How to enable and manage starter questions​

  1. In the Agent's Personalization, conversations tab, Click the Placeholder Prompt

By default placeholer prompt is set as Ask me anything...

  1. Verify in the Preview Agent chat in right side.
