Subscribe to Voixt

Voixt offers flexible subscription plans so you can choose the right fit for your business need, whether you are just getting started or scaling enterprise-wide.

1. Access Subscription Page​

  1. Log in to your Voixt Dashboard.
  2. In the profile icon button, click Billing → Subscribe.

2. Choose Your Plan​

Voixt provides multiple plans tailored to your needs:

  • Free Plan

    • Limited credits
    • 1 Agent
    • Community support

  • Pro Plan

    • More credits for chats + voice
    • Up to 5 Agents
    • Priority support

  • Enterprise Plan

    • Unlimited credits (fair usage policy)
    • Unlimited Agents
    • Dedicated integrations (WhatsApp, Google Drive, API)
    • 24×7 support

3. Complete Payment​

  • Select your plan and click Continue.
  • Enter your billing details.
  • Complete payment via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated immediately.

4. Manage Subscription​

From the Billing section in your dashboard, you can:

  • Upgrade your plan
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Track credit usage in real time

5. Cancel Subscription​

  • Go to Billing → Manage Plan
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
